Adega Cooperativa de Borba elaborates this 2017 Adega de Borba Branco , a white wine from the region of Borba with the best roupeiro, antão vaz and arinto grapes from the 2017 vintage.
Balanced wine with a very appealing dryness and acidity. Notes of orange, green apple and honey. A bit boozy in my opinion, but still nice.
This wine is soft and rounded, with ripe but fresh fruit. Citrus dominates although bright pear and green-fruit flavors give some extra ripeness.
