A cask-aged gin from Vermont’s Caledonia Spirits! Their Barr Jill Reserve Tom Cat Gin is 86 Proof made with juniper and raw honey as botanicals, and matured in new American oak barrels before being bottled at 43% ABV. Rather rich and very creamy – delicious stuff.
