Tasting Notes: Pale yellow and bright in color. The vines provide a complex wine on the nose, aromatic and mineral. Ripe fruits and citrus aromas, very subtle and delicate on the palate.

Lime, grass, limestone. The epitome of a classic sauvignon. A bit high on acidity, with a long lasting finish.
