2015 made the record books as the hottest vintage with the earliest bud break. Careful vineyard management resulted in the truest expression of Cold Creek Chardonnay – naturally crisp, with decadent rich, ripe fruit. Intense with subtle minerality.
Despite coming from the warmest vintage on record for the state, this wine displays a very pleasing sense of restraint. Aromas of straw, clarified butter and peach are followed by well-balanced, textured fruit flavors. An elegant styling only heightens the appeal.
Pair with seafood risotto, salmon and veal.
