Description
The 2017 wine, our fifth vintage from Israel, is made from 90% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, both grown at the Tel Faris Vineyard in the Golan Heights. Rich, lush-textured and brimming with red fruit flavors, it (like all our wines) is fermented with native yeast, which we believe highlights the essence of terroir. Firm, ripe tannins give good structure to a wine that we believe clearly demonstrates how well suited Syrah is to Israeli terroir.
