ale-yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. Complex green-apple & leafy aromas are, followed by yeasty/bready notes & vegemite (yeast extract), with toastiness from lees age & bottle development. Intense mineral & lemon fruit runs through the wine & lees aging adds a creamy texture.
There are bready/toasty/yeasty flavors, but less vegemite influence. The mid-weight wine is precise, with crisp acidity, balanced by honeyed fruit & a long, fine finish.
