Description
A nose of mint, flowers, berries, honey, and a touch of beeswax – the American oak barrels become apparent through aromas of vanilla, spice and grains. Add a little water and aeration and the palate overflows with roasted nuts, baked apple and pear, red fruit, and lemon curd. Finishes with caramel, spice, and mocha notes.
