Description
Portal 2016 is a blend of grapes that come mostly from the Pinhão river valley. We then added grapes from other valleys along the Douro.
The fermentation was done in a mix of lagar and closed tank. In the lagar we get more complexity and structure and the tank guarantees for the freshness and aromatic components.
It shows an intense and mature black fruit and a floral that enhances its freshness. In the mouth shows very good concentration and structure together with rich multi-dimensional aromas.
A serious and very fresh wine, to enjoy with absolute pleasure for many years to come!
