A quirkly blend of 49% Aligoté, 28% Malbec, 23% Merlot that is mouth-watering and waxy, juicy and bright. Native fermentation in stainless steel barrels, direct press. 17 months in neutral French oak and stainless steel barrels, minimal racking, minimal SO2 added. No fining or filtration.
