After the second distillation, the “heart” of the liquid is kept in stainless steel tanks for over 10 months before being bottled. This allows the liquid to rest, producing an unaged tequila that is bold, balanced and smooth. Our Blanco pairs and blends perfectly with the possibilities that lie before each one of us.
