Description
Unfurling in the glass with aromas of rose petal, cassis, currant leaf and spices, Foillard’s 2016 Brouilly is deeper and more reserved than his Côte de Brouilly, with more concentration, density and flesh.
The wine is produced from a higher-altitude parcel of older vines, growing in pure granite, and it is matured half in cement, half in used barrels
