Description
This rich artisinal mezcal is bursting with agave character. With a smokey intensity akin to the nature of peat, Alipús San Juan Del Rio is defined by its structural vegetal quality. On the nose this mezcal is full of smoke. The palate is fruit-laden, very agave forward, with just a hint of brine. The finish is intensely smoky with a viscous mouth-feel.
