Alta Vista Malbec Classic 2016
Excellent! It was a long time since I didn’t taste a wine like this. Full bodied, strong with aromas of plums and some coffee. Dark brilliant ruby red.
Nice nose smooth cherry flavour with a bit of pepper finish.
Pale ruby, medium intensity, simple, black cherry, blackberry, black plum, stewed fruits, tar, charred wood, youthful.
Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium tannin and body, simple ( surprised ? ), medium intensity flavours of jamminess, black cherry, blackberry, black plum, stewed fruits, tar, charred wood, black pepper short finish, good quality, drink now, not suitable for ageing
