UNO Malbec Platinum Edition is a limited edition that reflects the best of the UNO Malbec vintage. Balanced and harmonious, It offers aromas of plum, strawberry, and blackberry on the nose with enticing notes of violets and vanilla. A fresh entrance allows appreciating a careful natural acidity. The tannins are very integrated, and the generous proportion of high-altitude Uco Valley fruit brings great freshness to the wine, making it smooth, supple, and long. It is simply delicious.
Thanks to the winery´s gravity- flow system its possile the exceptionally gentle treatment of hand-selected Malbec grapes from Antigal´s Uco Valley vineyards. This treatment eliminates the need for forceful pumps and pressers. The care taken through all stages of winemaking – from initial cluster-chilling through sorting macertaion, fermentation and barrel aging- produces and unusually elegant Malbec with great balance and supple tannins.
