Description
A vine variety of French origin, Pinot Noir is one of the most prized and known red grape variety that found ideal growing conditions at high altitudes in Sicily. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature using natural yeasts and maceration of the skins for 15-20 days with frequent pumpings over.
Delicate with fruity aromas and a layer of complexity given by the prolonged skin maceration. Full, of medium body. Pleasant soft, velvety and persistent.
