Description
The Curator Red Blend consists of Shiraz, Cinsault, Grenache, Tinta Barocca, and Carignan. It has a broad-shouldered, slightly rustic fruit with plenty of dark plum and raspberry fruit, a touch of pleasant reduction here. The palate is medium-bodied with svelte tannin, a slightly grainy texture with espresso-tinged red berry fruit and a pleasing, commercially-minded finish. Enjoy over the next couple of years.
Pairs with Beef, Lamb, Pork, Game, Shellfish, Spicy Food, Poultry.
