Description
Deep ruby in color when young, turning garnet with ageing. Intense and complex bouquet with hint of plum. The flavor is round, nicely tannic, balanced, intense and persistent.
Pair with Grilled or roasted white and red meats, dishes flavored with mushrooms, garlic and rosemary. Excellent with polenta dishes and game.
