.Bat Shlomo Betty’s Cuvee 2014 is made by the Bat Shlomo Winery, founded in 2010. The village was named after Baron Rothschild’s Mother and was one of the original wine-growing towns in the 1800s. Ari Erle, the winemaker from Napa Valley, is now returning glory to the town by making world-class wines.
