The energy as well as the freshness and fantastic mid palate density of the 2015 Homestead Block Roussanne is characterized by aging the wine into a stainless tank for twelve months with the additional aging of five months in the same tank. It offers hints of flowers along with the Beautiful, unctuous body, white stone fruit, earthy minerality and the nice extract that finishes long. The best pairing for this wine is with scallops. Crab, lobster or white fish will also not disappoint.
