Description
Fermentation in new and used barrels as well as in stainless steel vats, combined with the fact that only part of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, results in a complex wine with a booming medley of aromas and flavors. The wine is approachable in its youth, but has the potential to develop depth and complexity over the next few years. The wine has a shade of golden yellow with an exceptionally rich aroma.
The palate distinguishes complex and distinct flavors of refreshing citrus, peach, ripe melon and vanilla with an elegant, multi-layered textural balance. It is rounded off with a long and satisfying finish.
