Description
The third offering in our Native Series for 2016, Buckwheat Strawberry was brewed with toasted buckwheat along with select heritage barley and wheat malts, and fermented with a wild strain of native yeast harvested from honeysuckle blossoms found on Blackberry Farm’s 9,200 acre estate. The addition of organic strawberries during fermentation lends delicate fruit notes to the nutty, toasty buckwheat character of the base beer.
