Description
Mas Que Vinos, three winemakers bound by a love of Indigenous varietals focus their time on Cencibel, Garnacha, Airen, and Malvar. This, their 100% Malvar bottling, sees time on the lees with French oak, and regular battonage. It’s a rich expression of the grape with notes of Chamomile, honeysuckle, beeswax and a light sweet herb backbone. The oak compliments by adding layers of toast and vanilla, theirs just enough acid to balance and lift the profile.
