A total gem from what in my opinion is one of the best organic vineyards out there. With Bonterra’s Pinot you can expect fruitful delights of strawberry and raspberry balanced off with hints of mild oaky spice, vanilla, cherry and just a little cola.
Being a rich-smooth combination with just enough tannins the nose definitely compliments what you can expect to taste: ripe juicy berries, vanilla and just enough spice to end on a perfectly drawn out finish.
