Description
Each Broquel® varietal is selected from Trapiche’s™ estate’s single vineyards, ranging over 3,500 feet in elevation at the base of the Andes Mountains in Mendoza, Argentina. “Broquel®,” which means shield and symbolizes family heritage, is a great example of the legacy and quality Trapiche™ has embodied in their wines since 1883. This 100% Chardonnay has pear and red apple aromas, with honey and cinnamon notes. It pairs best with seafood, white meat and pastas.
It’s an elegant wine with aromas of red apples, honey and cinnamon. Full-bodied, round flavour and a soft finish on the mouth.
