Description
Buried Cane Chardonnay (2016) is so named for the need to bury the vines during the winter to protect them from the cold and bitter winter. The Chardonnay grapes for this wine are sourced from the across the Columbia Valley wine region. Nicely textured with buttered toast, apple, pear and vanilla flavours on the palate.
Pair with roasted turkey sandwiches.
