Vanilla and fruit tones, a bit of earthiness. Opens up with time. Nice medium body with soft textures. Very good with a pasta.
Structured, full-bodied wine with slow building tannins across the palate, medium acidity, smoke, soil, wild raspberry, and a hint of sage.
