Ca’ Bianca Moscato D’Asti is a sparkling wine with intense aromas of peach and citrus. The palate is fresh and fruity with a very pleasant, persistent finish.
In the winery, the Ca’ Bianca Moscato D’Asti grape is gently pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature. This process stops at about 5%, with the aim of leaving a pleasant level of natural residual sugar in the wine.
Ca’ Bianca Moscato D’Asti is a low-percentage sparkling wine (5%) that might look still in the bottle, but it is just sparkling enough to be considered a sparkling wine.
