This wine is produced from a blend of grapes grown in the Sha’al vineyard at an elevation of 750 meters, the juice was slow fermented at a low temperature in Carmel’s boutique winery in Zichron Yaacov. This wine has a fruit and flower aroma with a lively flavor of citrus fruits. This wine can be cellared for several years.
