Description
Dark and deep purple. Delicious notes of ripe fruit, with black plums and currants standing out. These are perfectly complemented by hints of chocolate, coffee and toast.
Notes of black plums and spices are accompanied by pleasant toasted touches from the barrel. It has round tannins and a good structure in the mouth.
It expresses marvelously well with game meat, garnished with sweet-and-sour sauces and berries.
