Description
This wine originates from selected parcels of our vineyards located on the benchlands of the Niagara Escarpment. Along these gentle slopes overlooking Lake Ontario, limestone-clay soils, elevation and moderating on-shore breezes combine to capture the distinctive mint-berry character typical of Cabernet Franc in our terroir.
