Description
Domaine Albert Bichot is a historic and highly respected Burgundy producer; the family has been in the region since 1350 and in the wine business since 1831, when Bernard Bichot started his wine brokerage. In addition to their four major properties in Burgundy, the Bichots also have a stake in the Languedoc, and that is where their “’C’Est la Vie” wines come from.
This little red blend tastes like a concentrated Beaujolais, with bright berries under a light dusting of cracked pepper. It is a good value and good house wine for those who like reds on the lighter, crisp, food-friendly side
