Description
Deep, dark, ruby-red color is not quite opaque. Meaty aromas & milky touches overlay soft red-fruit on the nose. The palate has excellent acidity that ensures the juicy red-fruit flavors are fresh, they are overlaid by coffee notes.
Fine, upright tannins are lean with a toasty/graphite edge. The structure opens to reveal juicy red-fruit on the finish. Alcohol is well in balance & the finish is long, a touch attenuated & elegant.
