Description
Chenin Blanc based sparkling that is only slightly sweet with lovely melon, honeydew, crystallized honey and beeswax quality. The amazing acidity levels give each sip a new frame of reference. Would be amazing with a spicy tuna roll. Aperitif par excellence here and excellent value too.
