Description
Chateau Cardus Medoc 2016 is a terrific example of Left Bank Bordeaux in the excellent 2016 vintage. It’s a 50/50 Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot blend that shows generous aromas and flavors of red currant and black cherry fruit with accents of cured tobacco, spice and bitter chocolate.
Lightly dusty, grippy, tannins give the wine shape and make it a terrific match for all kinds of food.
