Description
The wine is virtually opaque, with a dense purple-red color. The nose is intensely cedarwood in nature with dense, tarry blackcurrant fruit aromas underlying that. The palate is enormous & mouth-filling, while also being beautifully balanced.
Excellent freshness enlivens the fruit, lifting it over plentiful, concentrated, drying tannins. Alcohol is balanced to warm & the finish is exceptionally long.
