With strong characteristics of the Bordeaux style of the Sauvignon Blanc grape, this dry white wine has aromas of Acacia and citrus fruits, with perky gooseberry and lychee flavours on the palate with a refreshing acidity and good length on the finish.
Patrick Todesco is the third generation running this award winning estate in the Entre Deux Mers, not far from the lesser known Côtes de Duras appellation.
Ideal with fish, shellfish and as an appetizer.
