Description
This wine is garnet colored with ruby highlights. On the nose, there are aromas of spices, garrigue and red fruits. The mouth feel is generous, elegant and has aromatic complexity. A ruby red is best accompanied by traditional cooking; daube, blanquette and some fishes like porgy, sea bass as well as cheeses.
