Description
A medium weight wine with terrific upfront mulberries and cherries fruit, good acid balance, plenty of length and fine tannins. The nose is dense strawberry, spicy pepper.
The palate is rich red fruit, furry tannin. Full bodied. It is an excellent wine to accompany a fine beef. It is also the ideal partner for Beaufort cheese or goat’s cheese.
