Description
Darkly pigmented medium to deep purple-red in color. Red-fruit aromas are overlaid by notes of milkiness & coffee grounds. The palate displays ripe plum & prune fruit with spices, toasty notes, cedar & coffee.
Fresh acidity lifts the fruit. Fine, firm tannins counterpoint notes of truffle plum & prune on the mid-palate. Alcohol is balanced & the finish is long with juicy red-fruit.
