This Pinot Noir comes from Oregon vineyards, where cooler temperatures and a mild growing season allowed us to pick grapes at perfect ripeness. The resulting wine has flavors of cherry, spice, and blackcurrant; it is serious, yet fun, balanced, yet bright and delicious now!
Here is a sturdy, fruit-driven wine, with a mix of quickly maturing mulberry and plum fruits. Add a dash of mocha and vanilla custard, and you have a solid, all-purpose red for lighter meats and poultry.
