Description
Clean clear wine with a medium- intense pale ruby core, narrow transparent watery edge and medium plus viscosity. Nose of strawberry, vanilla, tar and wet soil. After decanting adds a whiff of smoked pancetta to the nose.
The wine is dry, medium- tannins, medium acidity with a good structure, finely balanced with a nice length. Finishes smooth.
