Description
In 2017, we débuted our first Covenant rosé under the RED C® label. It proved to be so popular that we made it a permanent part of our RED C® family. The wine is a lovely pale pink showing hints of raspberry and strawberry in the nose.
On the palate it serves up a blend of citrus and spice flavors that give it just a hint of the exotic – perfect for pairing with just about any dish you can imagine. RED C Rosé is marvelously refreshing on its own, too, served slightly chilled. And that’s the beauty of dry rosé: It goes with everything!
This year’s rosé is a blend of Syrah, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel and just a touch of Cabernet. We ran out almost immediately last vintage. But this year, we made slightly more: 440 cases.
