The Covenant Solomon Lot 70 is full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon produced in California’s Napa Valley. The wine is aged 18 months in French Oak barrels to produce a wine that is rich with flavor and character. The taste reveals flavors of black cherry, blackberry, currant, and spices on the initial palate with hints of licorice and chocolate towards the end. The taste is lush and lingers for a long finish. Soft, supple tannins balance the wine giving it a well balanced profile.
