Description
Rich and perfumed in the nose, berries, cherries, chocolates, mints, lavenders, roses, violets, and leathers; complex, creamy, and fruity yet still tannic on the palate, dark berries, green peppers, chocolates, and whipped cream; long finish with a sweet touch.
This is fully mature and drinking at its peak right now. Consumed from a 1.5L mag. The nose is classic left bank Bordeaux scent and the finish is velvety soft & smooth with loads of creme de cassis on the finish. The touch of sweetness/vanilla on the finish hints that it could be confused for a new world wine if it were not for the Bordeaux aroma in the glass.
