Michael’s Pet-Nat is made entirely from St. Laurent. How often do you see St. Laurent from California? How often do you see St. Laurent at all?

Well, Michael uses his rare grapes for this rare pink bottle of sparkling joy. It’s easy to drink but hard to make: from the hand-harvesting, to the native yeast fermentation (which finishes in the bottle to make those bubbles), right through aging and disgorging, this is a labor of love. And we’re so grateful for that labor (and all the love), which gives us this unique expression of the Sonoma terroir (cool climate acidity, fine bubbles, and clay-loam weight) in a snappy and vivid Pet Nat. At 11% ABV, it’s the perfect aperitif for summer nights (or brunch… or Tuesday).
