Description: To create a unique and delicious whiskey, we start by filling used whiskey barrels with high-quality maple syrup from Somerset County, Pennsylvania. The syrup is left to rest in the barrels for several months, during which time it picks up the wonderful essence of the whiskey flavor. As a result, the barrels become saturated with the flavor of the maple syrup.

After several months, we remove the maple syrup from the barrels and refill them with aged whiskey. This whiskey is then left to age for an additional several months to allow it to absorb the natural maple flavor left behind in the barrels. It’s important to note that we do not add any artificial flavors or chemicals to our whiskey – we only want the maple flavor to influence the whiskey, not overwhelm it. The result is a one-of-a-kind whiskey with a subtle, natural maple flavor.
