The Domaine Bernard Defaix et Fils is located in the heart of the Chablis vineyards in Milly. Fourth generation of a family of winegrowers, Bernard settled in 1959 with 2 hectares. Today the estate covers 27 hectares, half of which in Chablis 1er Cru.
A deliciously bright and fresh Aligote with delicate nuances of orchard fruit and pear blossom. Perfect with light salads and cold cuts.
