Helios, the Greek god of the sun, takes its name from the company founder Aurelio Di Giovanna, handcrafted from harvest to bottling. Produced with 100% Grillo grapes grown at 830 meters above sea level, the highest altitude in Sicily. It expresses the unique terroir of ancient marine sediments and the intense Sicilian sun. Helios Grillos is a sapid and complex white wine, with an elegant profile and a vibrant finish.
