Description
The wine has a golden yellow colour with sparkling reflections. The nose opens with sweet and aromatic scents, aromas of ripe apricot, peach and notes of white flowers, violet, honey and woody spices.
On the palate, the wine is full, with a lot of fatness and richness, balanced by a touch of minerality, a symbol of the terroir. The finish is concentrated and persistent.
