Description
Les Cinq Elements is Fréderic Sigonneau’s top Chinon. It comes from a 1.75 hectare parcel of 70 year old Cabernet Franc vines that are planted on gravel and clay-based soils.
The grapes were hand-harvested, fermented in cement tanks with natural yeasts then aged for 8 months before bottling.
